New recycling reporting requirements for Construction Materials Producers

This seminar will provide an overview of CalRecycle’s regulatory system as it pertains to recycling and construction material producers; mines, ready mix concrete facilities and asphalt plants.   Facilities are required to register in the reporting system by April 30th REVISED DATE IS MAY 31, begin tracking first quarter of data by July 1st and report that data by November 1st.
