A bright spot ahead...
There's a bright spot ahead for Californians by way of more repaired and safer roads, streets, highways and bridges.
If you're looking for a good story among the global pandemic news, many in California may find it once they are back outside and on their streets, roads and highways. Just in time as stay-at-home restrictions begin to change. That's because with less traffic on California roads the past few months, essential work crews have been able to make good progress on repairs across the Golden State. Thanks to available resources and essential workers, repair work is being completed and new projects started ahead of schedule, with fewer impacts as well as at a cost savings.
Gary Hambly, CalCIMA President/CEO said, "We are proud of our member companies who are providing the essential materials to keep California's infrastructure projects moving toward completion in less time and with fewer impacts."
