The California Air Resources Control Board continues to be at the center of regulatory developments within California. Local Air Districts as well.  As CARB simultaneously engages in the implementation of the Federal Clean Air Act, Climate Change, AB 617 Environmental Justice, and Air Toxics regulatory activities the scope and significance of rules is only increasing.  Keeping up with the ever-changing picture and understanding what is coming will be one key to developing the management strategies and adaptations necessary to find success within California.
