Mineral Producers in California have been wrestling not only with the constant back and forth between federal and state water policy but also well into implementing the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act regulating groundwater supplies for the first time. This presentation will focus on expected water supply impacts as a result of SGMA’s implementation water users will need to take into consideration.
