The Kern County Sales Professional
will have customer and territorial responsibilities in the Bakersfield & Tehachapi
market places while selling Ready Mix Concrete, Asphalt, and Aggregate products within all of Holliday Rock's marketplaces.

- Selling and marketing ready mixed concrete/asphalt/aggregate products
- Prepare quotes based on project and customer needs
- Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your assigned sales territory.
- Represent Holliday Rock at industry related functions
- Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
- Follow company procedures and policies established by the sales, credit, quality control, and operations departments
- Submit reports on your sales activity regularly into the company’s CRM software, and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers.
- Handle customer issues and disputes with fairness and timely resolution
- Regular job site visits to monitor project needs, find new customers, and maintain a general presence in the field

||Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5-10 years sales experience
- Previous industry experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter
