The
Aggregate Specialist provides local technical assistance to outside Customers, Sales and Operations revolving around aggregates.
What You’ll Do:
Visit Plants. Perform plant & lab walks for each site weekly.
Manage Monthly Meetings. Review testing data, production/shipping for all materials and Recycle Yard consistency.
Identify Trends. Identify challenges, set corrective action plans and follow up weekly.
Collaborate with Operations Team. Set goals with Operations Production Teams that support KPIs. Participate in progress updates with operations team.
Perform Project Specification Reviews. Engage in product development and pre-job conference calls.
Address Job Concerns and Provide Solutions. Set corrective action plan and communicate solutions to Operations and Sales teams.
Ensure Best Quality for Customers. Work with Plant Quality Control Technician to ensure all split samples are taken and tested in appropriate time. Assist in making corrections in order to provide quality samples for our customers.
Update Data. Review and keep aggregate sales data current for Sales team. Document and track metrics for reference on progress. Review project test data and maintain control charts.
Manage Relationships. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and customers.
Train & Develop. Assist in training of Quality Control Technicians.
Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
