Caltrans Prevailing Wage Workshop
for Ready-Mix Concrete

The Labor Compliance Program at Caltrans has developed a workshop for CalCIMA's members to help navigate the complexities of prevailing wage payroll record keeping.  It will be taught by their Labor Compliance Specialist. It will particuarly focus on the requirements for concrete delivery per Labor Code section 1720.9 (AB 219), and include lessons-learned from the first 2 plus years of implementation.
