The anticipated student cost is around $2,500. SBCCD invites CalCIMA members to provide feedback on the curriculum when it becomes available.
Currently, SBCCD has a Class A / B license program they are working to expand into the ‘Concrete Mixer Truck Driver Program’. Currently, this program includes two courses:
‘DIESEL/HMDT 040 Fall 2023 – Commercial Drivers License (CDL) DMV Exam Preparation’

Regarding the Class A / B license programs, SBCCD specifically wanted to understand if our members find the courses adequate to hire students from post completion, and understand if there are supplemental requirements students would need to achieve post successful completion of these courses.
